MJS one key area of focus is in Aerospace Training. In an industry that is set to grow 15% to 20% annually, training will be an important criterion for growth in the aerospace industry. The region’s shortage of skilled aviation talent has increased year on year. MJS is the agent to Celestial Aeronautical & Engineering Services Australia (CAESA). MJS works together with CAESA to bring Australian qualification of over 1300 courses from 130 campuses to offer, which are recognized worldwide. This has placed MJS strategically to offer recognized certified training to the ASEAN region.

Celestial Aeronautical & Engineering Services Australia is the affiliated company of MJS in Australia that will assist to enhance, develop and train specific skills to meet the industry needs. MJS mission is to allow individuals to take control of their training needs and additionally through inciting companies to understand and realize the essential need for such training and with the recognized certification. The training provided will have hands on training as part of its curriculum. This will ensure a shorter learning curve when on the job. This augers for both employer and employee.

MJS has experienced aerospace professionals on hand that provide consultancy to the Aerospace industry in Pilot and Cabin crew training, Airport and Airline security, Ground Handling, pre and post aircraft sale inspection, training evaluation and many more. MJS other key area of focus is in Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul (MRO) and spare support for certain Airbus and Boeing components. We have capabilities for some military aircraft too. By 2010, 50% or more of the worldwide air traffic will come from the Asia-Pacific region. Also the military budgets of most ASEAN markets have grown. There will be major growth prospects in the aerospace maintenance market. MJS has geared itself to meet these requirements including the upgrade market.
